How do I place a custom order?
Yes, we accept custom order requests. You are able to submit your request using the form on our contact page for different colors, textures, or longer lengths. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response via email. We will respond as soon as we can.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 5 business days for delivery after payment and processing. Processing and fulfillment takes approximately 5 business days.
What's your return/exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return them, we accept returns of unused hair extensions in their original packaging. Please do not separate the hair extensions from their original binding if you plan to return them. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept used hair extensions. A full refund will be processed back to your original form of payment once we receive the extensions.
If your extensions are damaged when you receive them, we would be happy to exchange them for you.

**If your order seems to have gotten lost in transit and you have already been given the tracking information, please contact the designated carrier before contacting us. Once the package leaves our posession, the carrier can provide you with more information than we are able to.
Can your hair be colored?
Absolutely! We only source high quality extensions. Our hair can be lightened up to a 613 shade. Please use quality color products to maintain the integrity of your extensions.
Can your hair be heat styled?
Of course! For best results, use a quality heat protectant product to keep your extensions looking their best.
Can your extensions be reused?
All extensions are reusable and can last several years, depending on how well you care for them except K-tips and I-tips.
K-tips are usually not reusable unless you can find a stylist who is willing and able to retip them for you. For the best results, we don't recommend retipping K-tips, but want to be honest and let you know that it is possible.
I-tips can be used for 2 installs before they will either need to be retipped or replaced. We do not offer retipping as a service.
